Welp, there goes a novel into the trunk. I fully plan to come back to it and see how to trim it down further, but after so many drafts, I need distance.

Very grateful to have multiple projects in the works. Though this book is getting tucked away, another one is coming together beautifully.

Why is it the best stories leave me feeling hollow when they're done. Where's the aftercare??
