We installed the same racks we use for spice jars below the kitchen windows overlooking the back deck. They are perfectly sized for cans of kitten food.

I'm really perfecting my tostada frying technique. Tonight I tried peanut oil when I was out of vegetable oil, and turns out I get better results!
