2017 was 'the highest'? What, ever? Literally any source i can find shows 2017 significantly lower than any year between 1980 and 2008.
And 'its gone up last year'. So?! Khan was mayor last year, are you giving him credit for it being lower last year in that case?

Interesting you choose the murder rate to suggest he's 'losing control of the streets'. The number of murders now is significantly lower than throughout the 90s and early 2000s and no higher than during Johnson's time as mayor. So...what exactly are you saying?
