Idk i do like a "slap" where I bring both my ring and middle finger fast down, angled so the ring finger hits first, and then I let the middle finger bounce off while the ring finger stays.
Disclaimer: I'm in plat 5, there might be better ways of doing it

If you are playing sf6, have you tried using shortcuts? Like instead of going f-d-df you can go f-df-f, and then you don't have to lift your ring finger. Otherwise you can use socd by pressing f, f+d+b, and then lifting your index off of the back button
