I mean - the entire Dungeon of Doom from WCW in the mid-90s was an evil NPC party (storyline evil, anyway - HH was also a trash human being, so maybe the "Alliance to End Hulkamania" had some truth to it 😆)

The Evilest of BBEGs? VKM is a trash human being, but the Mr McMahon character can be a wellspring of inspiration, esp with the Ministry storyline when he was sort of an occult-priest-CEO-whatever
