We're a group of concerned local residents who have been taking our government to court since 2021 to stop the A38 Derby junctions road scheme.
The A38 road expansion in Derby is an outdated scheme that assumes roads can keep expanding, destroying nearby nature, green spaces and homes so that traffic can keep increasing indefinitely.
