-eng mission & working with design&pm

The last couple of weeks have been hard

I feel so privileged to do what I do

Got to trust the process, keep the practices going

The US election and Brexit are good reminders that somethings are inevitable

We can fight to change the minds of people, to reason and rationalise. For a period, we must

The key thing I’ve learned is: to recognise quickly enough when to switch from prevention to managing the inevitable outcome

The ups n downs of my work right now feel quite extreme

There are moments of frustration and feeling I’m letting myself and others down

Then there are moments of clarity, purpose and recognition that I’m decent at what I do

I’d like a bit more stability soon
