Thanks for sharing. Not a New Yorker. Not Jewish. The article spends a lot more time discussing “the mayor elects statement” than the “mayor still in charge(‘s)” actions. Unfortunate that Eric Adams was on a vacation to Israel and Uganda at the time.

Covid is when I made the sourdough starter! Still using the same one. Gone through a few periods of neglect in the fridge. Resilient. This is her triumphant return! Daughter did a sourdough focaccia before I did this Challah. Battard loaf coming soon.
