For years CEQA has been a tool used by NIMBYs-under the guise of caring about the environment-to prevent new housing. Burdensome CEQA rules have almost certainly increased sprawl and, ironically, led to worse environmental outcomes. This will lead to greater density and much needed housing. 🍾🥂

9/ The data is clear: ideological moderation offers diminishing returns. To win, Democrats need strategies that excite their base, speak to the politically alienated, and meet the moment with urgency—not defend the old status quo. Authenticity beats triangulation.
