That's what I would like to know. Why aren't they stepping up? TBH, I think the Democrats are just as much responsible for this mess as the perpetrators: they have catered to this fuckers for years and never challenged them on squat all in the name of "working together".

You know, they do make decaffeinated tea. And herbal teas are caffeine-free. :)
