It will be interesting to see how that plays out when trans identified people are told to use the correct SEX facilities in the workplace. They'll have to get used to a bit of "misgendering"...so I this context, it won't be harassment.

I've been "misgendered" many times. I don't find it hateful. Done people find it "hateful" if you say good morning to them, FFS. There's objective harassment, and there's subjective pick-me whiny nonsense.

The real life repercussions aren't worth it. Trubunals are long and unpleasant. I'm grateful for the brave individuals who have taken their employers to tribunal so that the law can be made clear.
