Water lily update! Lots of leaves now, and some of them are getting large and starting to breach the water surface.

OMG I've been obsessively checking my seed starts every day and these tiny bok choi bois popped up overnight!

The water lily is sending out new leaves! It was just a rhizome only a few weeks ago. Hoping that means it's happy and will stick around...

My garlic babies are starting to wake up! So glad they survived the winter. Last time I tried none made it. Things I did differently this time around: planted in a much larger bed, and with much more mulch. Also amended the soil with bulb fertilizer. Pics taken about 4 months apart.
