The Nasdaq 100 Reconstitution will be announced AFTER MARKET CLOSE today. This means we'll know whether MicroStrategy made it, or if they found some idiotic reason to deny them, then. That's at 2024-12-13 (Friday the 13th!) at 22:00 CET.

Price of MicroStrategy share:

Stock Price = BTC/share * BTC_price * Premium

* BTC_price is dictated by buyers/sellers of Bitcoin.
* BTC/share increase when Saylor buys Bitcoin ("BTC yield")
* Premium decrease when Saylor sells MSTR shares ATM to buy Bitcoin + dictated by buyers/sellers of MSTR.

Oh well. I'm starting to get used to this. Was hoping that mNAV would just run away to A BILLION or so, but 2 is cool too - when the number of Bitcoin/share is just going up forever! #Bitcoin and MicroStrategy.
