There doesn't have to be. I like the bag texture. But I also like the way the chest texture stands out more against the saddle.

Bag but have it contrast more with the saddle. Maybe a deeper red colour?

The texture is L shaped and they work like Glazed terracotta.

You're welcome to copy the texture/colour of the Beams if you want to. Looking good so far.

How would Fine Sand react with Lava and Water?

Looks good. Can Carved Wood be placed sideways? What if it had a unique design when on the x/z axis. Maybe like a continuous version of the pattern on the door?
