I have seen him play numerous times and he is very good player. At best I believe BVB has signed an undervalued player which i suppose is credit to their scouting. This read with a little more about of his style of play - if interested.

Great piece Derek. I think you miss out on how big the financial gulf between Bayern and the rest of the leagues top teams really is. In that sense the modern version of Der Klassiker its not comparable to El Classico but more like Ligue 1 where the likes of Lille,Marseille,Monaco battling PSG.
