On a bike ride today I saw a guard rail along north bound DLSD completely destroyed north of Fullerton. Did this happen during Sunday’s Bike The Drive?

It looks like CDOT has finished the redesign of the Stockton and Cannon intersection (south of Diversey), complete with curb bump outs. Paint was done yesterday.
