Hey fuckheads. It’s map posting time. My partner in crime, WestAusMan, is currently getting the track all hammered out. He’s starting with progressing south towards Fresno. The first 3 photos are Youngstown, while the fourth is Woodlake. Lodi’s huge complex will come very soon.

@interurbanera.bsky.social was always an inspiration for my fictional Sacramento Southeastern. It turns out that both of our railroads share an interchange in Fresno, and I never realized it until a friend of mine showed me the Alta Map. So, have these 2 SD45s. The Alta unit is a work in progress.

Been a bit since I’ve given an update on the 70 tons, but work has been being done on it. Most recently, the exhaust has been extended and the doors have been added.

More interesting motive power and RTR Light Rail/Interurban Vehicles need to be produced in model form for diecast/plastic. We need more gensets, could use a rerun of Walthers Sperry Cars, and I hope Bachmann and Rapido just started light rail revolution in HO.

I hope we can get proper diagrams for Railpower gensets like the RP20BD. I hate the fact that the only readily available genset models both in Brass and in diecast/plastic is the NRE 3GS21B. It sorta feels infuriating that almost 20 years later, we still don’t have diagrams for ANY Railpower genset.

So while I now have a job to support me, this finally means I can say bye bye to Bachmann EZ Track. The track you’re seeing here is from an Atlas starter set. My next plans are to expand and widen the track to the same 22 radius curves that I had when the Bachmann Track was still in place.
