Wind direction is shifting away from a north-easterly to a north-westerly for a brief period of time. Conditions remain cold.

More snowfall is possible on Friday, but is unlikely to result in any significant accumulations here. We will track it with radar.

An anticipated shift back to a north-easterly has led to both ICON and UKMO predicting further snowfall on Wednesday.

GFS and ECMWF are uncertain at this point, but we are watching closely, as colder weather into Thursday could lead to longer-lasting snowfall than the event on Saturday.

ECMWF, ICON, and GFS are all forecasting snowfall at some point on Saturday.

Once high-resolution models are run for Saturday, we can give our opinion on whether it will occur and how long it will last, which depends on wind direction.
