Y9 students enjoyed a workshop with a rap artist. We were invited by Halcyon London International School and are very grateful for the opportunity. Students wrote and performed engaging poems about things that matter to them, including femininity, reading and volleyball.

Congratulations to Vesper, Y11, on winning the Youth prize in the Westminster Landscape competition. Her landscape of Chinatown is now hanging in the Lord Mayor's Parlour among prestigious, historical works of art. The Lord Mayor of Westminster described Vesper's work as 'outstanding' and we agree!

Year 7 enjoyed a visit from performance poet Justin Coe for an assembly and some poetry writing workshops. The day concluded with an epic poetry performance showcase with all 6 English classes competing for best poem. Ms Choudhury’s class were victorious with their performance of “The Boneyard Rap”

St Marylebone’s newly refurbished library opened on Monday! We are very excited to have over 300 new books, as well as a beautifully updated fresh and comfortable space. It was fantastic to see so many students there on the opening day. Thanks to all who contributed to the project.
