Not yet. What I like about it is how it’s not really part of the interaction. Just me and patient/family. I don’t even log into Epic until I need to enter orders or review data with the patient.

I load up the patient and recorder before I go in the room, so once I get consent we’re off to the races. The few minutes it takes to generate the note usually discourages me from sharing in real-time. Maybe I’ll “create note” while I’m wrapping up orders so that would work.

Definitely a different workflow- but I’ve found the cognitive unburdening to be the biggest win. I can focus on the history, nonverbal information, and *think* rather than remember details or take notes.
