But any of this conduct may form part of a pattern of coercive control, and all of it involves a breach of trust by a person upon whom the survivor ought to be able to rely.

All of the conduct in the large circle is defined as family violence in the Divorce Act. Some conduct is criminal, some is tortious, some is criminal + tortious, and some is neither.
