if your postombud is being useless and not following the rules customer service should help you. i had to call them and have them yell at the postombud when my postombud refused to give me my package due to spurious honorifics added by the sender. same if you are not getting mail due to it.

all major mail/package delivery services should by there own systems and rules recognize and accept alternate spellings using 'a a o' or 'aa ae oe' or broken encoding variants of å ä ö.
