Goodness from this week: closet donation, homemade yogurt on homemade granola with homemade jam, and a visit to a dietician with a specialty in eating disorders. Self care-woot!

Sick of feeling helpless with all of the political crap-o-la happening, so I've decided to log the "goods" I do each week. This week I made homemade jam instead of bought it, and worked on my fourth hat to donate.
