I had such a fun weekend at Stitch North! It was so lovely to hear Jeanette Douglas speak, and nothing beats two and a half days of stitching.

My own version of Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece is complete! She was much easier and quicker to stitch than for da Vinci to paint. 😜 She is a bit blobby up close, but take a step away from the screen and magic happens.

My first cross stitch finish of the year: A Study of Skulls from @thestitchcrypt.bsky.social . Unfortunately, the purple dye in the fabric ran and discoloured the light coloured floss. It does look kinda cool and antique-y though...
