For all of us who don’t feel ok rn and don’t know psychology, HALT is a thing. It won’t solve all your problem and won’t make you healthy, but sometimes a mood is just a mood. Sometimes, not always.
That’s what I’m gonna check myself on rn. Doesn’t bring me much, but it’s a good idea to practice.
