one thing ive learned as i get older is to not completely shut out certain foods or certain ingredients. I thought i hated pumpkin, i just dont like it cooked sweet. Pumpkin cooked more umami flavored is berry yummy. that goes for other things i thought i hated. jus gotta switch things up a bit :P
