You can see the Blusterwing flying around on Layer 900 of Tempest Layer after what I assume is defeating the Sinister Blusterwing. I don’t know for sure if it starts appearing directly after beating the boss since I only saw it after beating the game, though.

It and Brawl have some of the best Smash original songs in the series, and it’s a shame we have gotten some or many as good as theirs since.
