Former H1B visa holder here✋, and they’re both lying. H1Bs need two things: a sponsor/employer who’s willing to do the paperwork, and the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree within the field they’re going to work. That’s it.

He was involved in 4,200 lawsuits before he even became president the first time, so I wouldn’t sweat it. He’ll sue anyone for anything because he thinks it intimidates people and because he hopes they’ll settle to avoid the hassle.
