And Rob Whiteman is about to recommend that the BVN be lifted because he believes they've "made good progress" he praised the current S73 officer for getting to the "dirty washing"

This is an absolute sh*t show. They cannot ( or will not🤔) let them have the ledger. The group finance director has now presided over 3 yrs of disclaimed accounts and is not engaging with auditors for the next set. How many FD's would survive that? Unless he knows where's the bodies are buried!!!

Amelia Coburn & Fin foster performed, it's quite prestigious apparently. Both excellent local musicians. I know Amelia got a grant, don't know if it was to help with this & not sure about Fin. If they were supported by TVCA it wouldnt have been reported as expenses, so it was hangers on on a jolly

Did you look at the papers Leigh? did you see the public questions? For a cabinet meeting where the papers ran into hundreds of pages, there were 19. That's 19, given that the adult population of the TV is circa 550k, it's not a whole hill of beans is it? but you chose not to mention that.

Do your homework Leigh, the Councillor's on the board were explicitly told by Phil Forster that information was to be kept confidential. Fiduciary duty he called it. Houchen didn't like it being raised at the time and clearly still doesn't. I have the receipts if you'd like them.

The Q3 ( not Q4) Oct, Nov & Dec was originally a shambles.. nearly 200k to a local plumber that didn't happen..when pointed out to them an amended report, 9 pages longer was produced. Utter financial incompetence. No wonder the auditors are disclaiming the accounts
