Love others according to how they want to feel through their love language. Love is more important than legalism. Don't forget to love yourself because God loved you enough to create you ❤️

Realizing who and what is unhealthy in your life and learning how to remove them isn't unloving or hateful. Rather, it's a show of love to yourself to get rid of things and people who keep you from living the life God wants you to have

Self-love and self-care is just as important as giving love because you can't pour from an empty cup. You need to refuel through God and the people He puts around you. Loving others isn't a free pass for them to take advantage and abuse you, but many still allow it

If we want to be close to God's heart, we have to have a heart for people. A heart that loves people unconditionally, whether or not they believe in Jesus. Loving others means you have to love yourself too

Jesus’ ministry often went against the legalism of Mosaic Law. In a time where the law was strictly enforced by the religious leaders, this teacher understood God's heart and knew that loving others was more important than the legalism of laws and rituals Jewish culture had emphasized for 1000+ yrs

Jesus heard the wisdom in the teacher's answer and said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” It's rare that you read about Jesus giving someone confirmation of their righteousness, especially when he emerged from the hypocritical group that wanted to kill Him
