This should be an owner problem and not a coop issue (unless for some reason monthly power bills go through coop). Did you open a new account with ConEd when you closed on the apt? If so, any old bills should go to old owner/acct.

I’m a subway and bike commuter from BK to Bryant Park, but it’s been noticeably quieter during the morning rush and throughout the day. If this continues, it’ll be a huge quality of life upgrade, at least in midtown.
