I hear it's an old Japanese insult of Koreans (the country looking like a rabbit), referring to a tortoise and a hare story, saying Korea slept through the modernization.
Not sure if that is the intent here, though. Centurii so far didn't seem anti-Korean.

Sometimes, it's less "I have very specific tastes" and more "by being difficult, I get to force you to go out of your way to accommodate to my whim, and I get a sick joy out of it."

Haha. I don't know if I have a clear definition. Even if it is well-known, if the people do not appreciate its strategic depths, that could be "underrated," for example. There are too many dimensions to think about.

Depending on your definition, any board game other than Go, Chess, Checkers, Monopoly, Life, Uno and Risk is underrated.😝
