I haven't gone back to it in 10-15 years but I absolutely loved the whole Dark Tower series in college. It's a big commitment and it gets...weird...even for King, but it's worth doing imo

A simple Google search shows that those numbers are related to single-family houses not American households in general so maybe double check your sourcing before getting on your high horse
