Ah that's just a myth put about by the Brontes, to dissuade tourists!

I guess it depends on how equipped your LA is to keep meeting your needs. Ours is collapsing around our ears & I was worried about missing the opportunity to join the only MAT we considered a good fit for us. We hopefully convert on November 1st. Still a few reservations but the pros outweigh these.

Oh the horror I have encountered from 'experts' when I tell them about our Shakespeare week for KS1 and Reception. Approach it properly and break it down so they look at character and setting (Midsummer ND and Tempest are good). Also oops to find out about Shakespeare himself and the the Globe.

Hello fellow Twinklrs! I'm an experienced infant school HT. Collect children's books, believe oracy and play are the keys that unlock everything. Expect doggo and catto spam. Not actual Spam because that would be monstrous.
Also collect Twinkl mugs (hinty hint hint 😇)

All comes down to your starter word, I think. Do you always use the same one?

Be prepared for when you hit 50 and you feel that intangible pull even more... you realise you go to more funerals than weddings and the fact that you have less left in front of you than is behind you comes as a bit of a wake up call.

I'm English. It's a very well known and well respected graphic novel on these shores. I read it years ago. You don't forget it.

Fascinating but if trivia! Thank you. I will ask my Lancaster-born husband if he knows it.

Oh yes. I have planned to clear out the spare room today...

What on earth might a 'Benedictine' coffee have in it? Holy water?

Only £2 a bottle! Let's organise a trip back in time.

Oh my! What's happened? I can hear Elaine seething from here.

Hopefully those ones with the lines next to each slide so you can basically just write down what it says on the slide.

Oooh don't waste your time with jam. Get a demi-john, some yeast and brew yourself some bramble wine. It'll be ready for bonfire night and a little nip is exactly the right thing to keep the cold at bay.

We had a double rainbow here too! Must have been the same one.
