Yes I agree. It’s always been there bubbling under, as soon as a few people start to suggest it’s a normal behaviour it comes up to the surface. I’m not sure how you push it back though. If you suppress those views they just fester until the next opportunity arises. Better to work away at them.

Using less means the supply companies make less profit, so they have to raise the unit prices and/or standing charge to keep the shareholders happy.
