Also, I hate that adhd meds can’t be on auto refill. I did well this month to think ahead and call in for refill before running out- I have 3 days, but due to supply demand issues, they may or may not have it in until Friday. I highly guarantee it won’t be available until mid next week.

Call me a boomer, but customer service has gotten really bad lately. A pharmacist just hung up on me without confirming I was done. I get it, we are all burnt out, but geez.

I’m working on creating delicious and dopamine fulfilling higher fiber meals: this was today’s breakfast : carb balance tortilla, outdoor hen egg fried (no oil or butter), 1/3 of an avocado, a tbsp of chunky salsa and 3 oz of seasoned chicken meat! Grand total 20 grams of fiber - 304 Calories
