Marines deployed to Los Angeles carried out the detention of a civilian on Friday, the U.S. military confirmed after being presented with Reuters images, in the first known detention by active-duty troops deployed there by President Donald Trump.

I have decided to stop obsessing over news stories I can't control. Just ordered some jog bottoms and am going to focus on what I can control - getting myself fit.

Reading the ever-increasing ridiculous things happening in the news is making me wonder, ‘Am I living in a version of the Truman Show and the director is trying to break me?'

Was getting fed up with all the negativity being promoted on ALL platforms. Then stumbled onto Simon Squibb on IG. He struck a cord with his comment "people don't believe a dream is possible." I enjoyed the concept of what he is doing.
