Thank you very much! I'm staying with family nearby for the duration of the project, but I have to be on site during the day while the builders are there. Noise canceling headphones help a great deal, fortunately.

Yes indeed, and all the fragile stuff and sensitive equipment has been stored someplace else for the duration.
