I dunno about that one honestly. If this conversation had taken place a year ago, I could see Hasan being gentle with him, but at this stage I don't think Hasan is interested in pulling his punches anymore. Not to say he's gonna be super combative out the gate, but he's not gonna stand for hasbara.

The damage control I've seen over the past week is insane, guess it helps to have the backing of a community best known for brigading and coping. I keep seeing nonsense about Idubbbz being a backstabber or excluding context, though most of the bot spam is the usual "hasan bad/ muslims bad" garbage.

oh for people like andrew tate, having a platform is super impactful. i just meant that for people who's platform is up for debate. also i 100% agree it makes sense to be hesitant, idubbbz is literally the only oldschool edgelord i've seen to ever make a turnaround like this.
