His characterization of the assassin being part of the MAGA movement is not true. Was he lying purposefully? Hard to say but it doesn't matter. He does political satire and it often involves untruths.

Facts that support all of this corruption. Though I do find this recent FCC thing to be a bit of a concern but I have every faith our checks and balances will sort it out.

Still not clear as to how acting like an ass, and possibly being corrupt and petty is hurting Americans other than embarrassing some of them.

More likely the suspension of his show was do to dismal ratings. ABC and other broadcasters have to be more careful than cable about their content but you know if it were Johnny Carson numbers ABC would have fought more. Kimmels show just wasn't worth it to them.

Does it even enter your mind that some on both sides see gender dysmorphia as a form of mental illness and would like to restrict people with mental illnesses from gun ownership? Not saying I agree with that but it is much more rational is it not?

That is some convoluted stuff right there. Some want to ban trans gun ownership. Some don't. And you jump to it must be because that all trumpers or maybe even republicans only like gun control in select communities they want to wipe out? This sounds like MAGA illogic concerning leftist motivations

Yeah I have seen it as an argument against Nazi-like gun control but I am not seeing how you connect that to trans erradication.

Obvious you say? Seems like a huge jump in logic to me. But that is common with ideologues on both sides. I can almost see how someone might make the leap on disqualification argument but still a leap. Not seeing the gun control leads to genocide thing even remotely close.

I literally do and they are usually fixed before real repercussions happen but my point is the fear mongering from both sides about the disaster they will be.
