In Mark 12:30 Jesus affirms the command first given in Deuteronomy 6:5: to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and strength. He declares this not only as the greatest commandment, but as the very lens through which all of life must be seen, understood, and lived.

Be imitators of God. Walk in love like Christ did. No impurity, no greed, no filthy talk—just thanksgiving. You are light—so walk like it. Be wise, Spirit-filled, thankful. In marriage, reflect Christ and the Church: love, sacrifice, respect, oneness.

Live worthy of your calling. Be humble, patient, united. One body, one Spirit, one Lord. Jesus gave gifts to build up His Church. Grow up into Him. Put off the old self. Be renewed. Put on the new self—righteous and holy. Be kind. Forgive as God forgave you.

God gave Paul the mystery: Gentiles are co-heirs in Christ. The Church shows God’s wisdom to heaven itself. And Paul prays we’d be strengthened, rooted in love, filled with God’s fullness. He ends with awe: God can do far more than we ask or imagine.

You were dead. But God—rich in mercy—made you alive with Christ. You’re saved by grace through faith, not by works. You’re His workmanship, created for good. Once outsiders, now brought near by the blood of Christ. He is our peace. One new humanity. One body.

Before the world began, God chose us—in love. In Christ, we’re adopted, redeemed, forgiven. It’s all grace. The mystery revealed: everything will be united in Jesus. And the Holy Spirit? He’s our seal, our guarantee. Paul prays we’d really see this hope.
