Activist judges, regardless their political bent, is bad for a constitutional republic. They are to interpret the law not make it. In this case, the judge made the right call. Too many other rulings of late have been politically motivated activism from the bench. Not good.

The side effects are terrible and not uncommon. I have a family member dealing with that. The food pyramid is all wrong and has created more obesity than Twinkies.

Don't address the horrible foods making people fat. Give Big Pharma more money to inject chemical poisons into people creating a fake sense of a silver bullet solution. What a joke.
