As a Norwegian I know layers > thickness is key, you should also add mesh items as these tend to be warmer because they trap heat better and allow for sweat to disappear

Great tips and I can confirm these work. I see a lot of people writing these long poems with directions that doesn’t really work. Specific and descriptive is key 🖼️
