To follow up on this: the book I ordered from France after seeing this news arrived today. The seller shipped it to an importer in Miami who then shipped it onto me with UPS. So, friends, there’s a solution.

Yesterday, I went onstage with my friends at the KC Irish Fest where we talked about our Irish classes at the Irish Center of Kansas City. It was a very nice conversation and I hope to see more people in our classes this Fall.

My first MA was in International Relations and Democratic Politics (U of Westminster, 2016) and one of my favorite parts of the course was learning how to read EU public policy documents & write policy briefs. Isolationism is bad for everyone, especially in as global a profession as academia.
