Loving my recent programming. Coach is really pushing me lately and it’s great. Just wish my elbow would start feeling better so I could get these arms growing more.

Diet has really slipped lately and with the bum elbow, lifting has been lighter than normal too. Not fond of the extra fluff I’ve put back on. But with the impending unemployment starting next week I’m gonna dial in and make some changes.

Vacation is over. Getting back to it with new programming. Push Day today. Gotta get my eating back on track. Have really let it get out of hand the past few weeks and the scale is showing it.

Also I need to learn how to properly apply sunscreen…

Upper Body A. Hit a pretty bad bout of depression over the past few days. Bad food choices. A lot of seclusion. Lifting helps me crawl out of it. Just wish I could figure out how to stay out of that pit.
