Retired teacher. Worried about the world my grandkids are inheriting.
Don't remember the national press having an issue when Isak was causing chaos at Newcastle.

Keep digging.
December 7, 2025 at 9:24 PM
The Daily Mail will be all over this....not.

Miillions of people sacrificed their lives fighting this poison yet someone like him could potentially become prime minister of our country. Makes your skin crawl.
December 7, 2025 at 7:15 AM
Because according to Gibb "the BBC needs to regain the trust of Reform voters". Makes you weep.

Nature's way of telling you that she's got too much money.
December 4, 2025 at 7:45 PM
No doubt the increasingly right leaning BBC will be all over this.....or maybe not.

Are there any decent Tories left?

How can OFCOM be truly independent when it is funded by the companies it regulates?

Leave Kemi alone, she's doing a great job leading her party of Muppets to oblivion.

Obviously game management is an issue. Too often we attempt to play a difficult pass and cede possession when trying to hold on to a lead. However, I also think that we don't seem to be good at retaining possession throughout the 90 minutes.
December 3, 2025 at 9:43 AM
It's actually far too right. If you catch my drift.
December 2, 2025 at 9:01 AM
The press is already controlled by right leaning billionaires.
December 2, 2025 at 6:42 AM
I'm just wondering if it is at all possible that these 'quotes by unnamed ministers' are being made up by the right wing press in an attempt to destabilise the government? Surely they are too professional and impartial to stoop to such depths.

SR: "..according to the papers she misled the cabinet..".
By 'the papers' she means the right wing press that dictates the news across most of the TV networks.
December 1, 2025 at 9:19 AM
First question of the interview:
SN: "Did the chancellor mislead the public?"
DJ: "No......."
SN: "That's not really what I'm asking...did the chancellor mislead the public?"
Do these presenters actually listen to answers?

Yet incredibly, according to Robbie Gibb, the BBC needs to regain the trust of Reform voters. One wonders how much further to the right they will have to move to achieve this.

Don't forget 'Hurrah for the Blackshirts'.

What a sad tale, pass the tissues.

Stopped watching any political programmes from the BBC including the news some time ago. Their right wing bias is appalling and getting worse. The political leanings and the links to the Tory party of some members of the senior management team is very revealing.

Brexit is a catastrophe. Still, we have our blue passports.
November 26, 2025 at 7:39 AM
What a wonderful thought.

Please let it be so!
November 25, 2025 at 12:17 PM
Question for Mr Gibb: I'm a left of centre voter and I have stopped watching BBC political programmes including the news as I simply don't trust their impartiality. How are you going to win back my trust?

Tino and Lewis Hall made a massive difference to that team. HWTL
