I've just started, having never run before, at 49 years old. First go was 27.20, 4th go today got me to 25.13. My goal is to run sub 25 without feeling like I'm going to die.

I'm drinking scrumpy from the random apples in my garden. Cost about £3 (for the yeast) to make 50 litres.

I disagree about different tap water, there is a noticeable difference across the country with hard/soft water, etc. I do agree that the sommelier but is mad!

Fair enough, it was a good few years ago when my kids watched it so my recollection is hazy at best.

Great article Sathnam. I'm 48 too and have had similar thoughts. Happily, I'm on my way to a weekend in Ireland with friends.

That's what happened in my family. My grandad left the farm to 3 kids which eventually rendered it unprofitable. It then got further broken up and sold.

Absolutely, I've been saying this for a while. The delivery bikes aren't bikes, they are mopeds, and the people who ride them should not be mixed up with cyclists.
