Did you see them at the QM in October 1985? I was in the balcony that night would be one of my top 5 gigs of all time

I would always have said I ‘quite’ like them but actually in comparison with some of the more recent banal brick flats these get an ‘A’ for effort as there is an attempt at articulation - a bottom, a middle and a top that so many recent developments lack

All in all that’s a result! Well done to all concerned in rearranging I’m sure it’s been a stressful day. Can’t wait now 😎

The sound of a can being kicked down the road. Entirely predictable if disappointing.
At this point I’d be happier with a tightening of the current regs on demonstrating compliance/performance at completion. Mandatory air tightness and thermal imaging of every new house/flat.
