So a few months back, a friend took a shot in the dark and bought some KZ PRX's off of AliExpress for ~£30
She gave them a glowing review in the DM's I had with her about them, leading me to recommending them to another friend about a week ago (since there was a sale going on Ali at the time)

I recently (like nearly 2 weeks ago lol) got a PC upgrade after ~7 years, changing the CPU, MB & RAM, and benchmarked some games before and after to see what the same GPU (5700 XT) but much faster CPU does to performance

You can do some impressive bits of fuckery in an image editor as long as you're willing to min-max some sliders/curves lol

To really highlight the problem, this photo was a 10 second exposure just so I could get the ISO down to 800 (unedited, and about the same noise as the edited 3200 above) and it really eats a lot of the dimmer stars because they just turn in to faint streaks
Not sure how to fix this (cheaply, lol)

So last night I was messing around with my 600mm lens and a cheap tripod I got, and in the number of pictures I took I accidentally managed to get a picture of a satellite??? (the streak in the top right)

Got some macro tubes the other week, but discovered that all lenses default to minimum aperture (e.g. F16+) so couldn't use them with anything other than my 85mm T1.5 cine lens
Managed to (with a bit of electrical tape) use my 600mm with them though, and got this dumb-ass test photo lmao

Oh yeah, the northern lights thing happened like over a week ago and I forgot to post about it on here.
I only got told about this happening at basically midnight, by which time I only managed to catch the tail end of the lights with my camera cranked all the way up to 12,800 ISO lol
