I agree, 1000%. That is why I was so against the idea of Buxton. This team is so cursed by injury, you would need to bring in an extra player just to cover for Buxton. I like the Yaz signing. I think he gets a bump playing at Truist, and with this lineup.

Glad to see that the pressure of having a top prospect behind on the depth chart actually being there in person. Hopefully, one of the two current goalies will finally raise their game. It's real now. If Fowler grabs this chance and runs with it, one of the other two is out of a job in Montreal.

I can't, for the life me, figure out why the Braves would want a guy who averages 100 games a season over an 11 year span. I don't care how good he is WHEN he plays, the money/assets are better spent on a player that you can trust will be on the field, IMO. 11 years is a massive sample size.
